Kristina Smith, AACI, P. App.
Kristina has been appraising in the area for over a decade. She specializes in residential valuations including waterfront estates, single family homes, recreational properties, vacant lands and multi-family. Casey Jagosky, AIC Candidate
Casey is the newest member of Appraisal Group Muskoka and specializes in residential valuations. She joins us with a plethora of experience in the real estate industry as she is also a licensed realtor. Casey is a longtime Muskoka resident and brings enthusiasm and professionalism to everything she does. She is working toward her CRA (Certified Residential Appraiser) designation with the AIC.
